Rian Johnson Talks 'The Last Jedi' On The Star Wars Show

It seems Star Wars: The Last Jedi director Rian Johnson is everywhere these days, and his last appearance happened on the latest episode of The Star Wars Show.


Off the top of the episode, Johnson appears to "interrupt" an interview at Skywalker Ranch between host Andi Gutierrez and Thomas Kail, who's best known as the director of Grease Live! and the Broadway phenomenon Hamilton. Later in the shown, Kail and Johnson dive into discussing the production process of The Last Jedi. Johnson talks about approaching the film as a lifelong fan, collaborating with other Lucasfilm creatives, as well as a humorous experience while watching The Last Jedi with legendary composer John Williams.
