Ron Howard took over directorial duties on the young Han Solo film in a very unusual fashion recently, replacing Phil Lord and Chris Miller who has been working on the film since 2015 and shooting since January. Howard had his first official day on set today and he took to Twitter to share an image from the set. Howard tweeted a picture of the floor with the caption, "Cool scene today but I'm afraid this is the most revealing image I dare
share from my 1st day on the set of the Untitled Han Solo movie".

The situation surrounding the Han Solo film has been tumultuous, with the directors being fired over disagreements with the screenwriter and the producer, as well as the star needing an acting coach midway through the shoot. Hopefully an experienced hand like Ron Howard is what the production needs to get back on track.
