Every new Star Wars movies brings us to new worlds in the galaxy far, far away, and Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi will be no different.  Last year filming too place in Dubrovnik, Croatia for a sequence in the new film.  While the details about the sequence set on this new planet remain shrouded in mystery (though there are some tidbits out there), our friends over at MakingStarwras.net may have uncovered the name of this new planet we'll be visiting in December.  This is not a huge spoiler, and as usual, there is a chance this may not be true, but if you are trying to avoid all The Last Jedi spoilers then stop reading now.  This is your SPOILER ALERT!

The Dubrovnik planet, which is believed to be a Casino planet of some sort (or at least there is a Casino on the planet) is apparently called Canto Bight.  MSW does acknowledge that this may not be the correct spelling, but it conveys what the planet's name will sound like.  They also address the possibility that Canto Bight could be a code name, saying, "generally when codes are involved it is fairly obvious it is a code as it would be called something like 'Vegas' for instance. If there’s some kind of pun here, I’m not seeing it. If I had to bet, the odds the Dubrovnik planet is in fact Canto Bight."

As always, this is just a rumor until confirmed or denied by Lucasfilm or Disney.
