Although very little has been officially revealed about the upcoming Anthology film Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, rumors are already swirling about the characters and what they're roles will be. One of the latest rumors comes from our good friends at Making Star Wars and reveals some possible details about the character that is portrayed by Jiang Wen. Of course, some potential SPOILERS may be included, so use caution when reading further.
MSW reports:
"I’ve learned that Wen’s character is the weapons enthusiast of the group. He’s a first-class gun nut. He’s the kind of character that just as you think he’s exhausted his potential for violence, he pulls another weapon out of his boot (for example). He probably has as many concealed weapons as he does overtly visible ones (if not more)."
I think he definitely looks the part. Considering his armor and the device that's strapped to his back, it's safe to assume he will be seeing a lot of action. But, as always, this is just a rumor and should be taken as such until confirmed by Lucasfilm.
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story hits theaters on December 16th!
