Entertainment Weekly released a new video featuring Anthony Breznican, who has been behind most of the EW Star Wars scoops over the past two years. The video features Breznican discussing the droid BB-8, including how BB-8 was designed, some of BB-8's hidden features, and whether or not BB-8 is a he or a she. Check it out below,
The video is pretty interesting, though it's mostly just a rehash of a lot we've already read on EW. Regardless, it's nice to know that there are more secrets left to be revealed about BB-8 in Episode VIII and beyond. It's also been interesting to see the discussion surrounding whether or not BB-8 is a male or female. The fact that the droid's gender changed between the design phase and now is also interesting.
