Some interesting (and not in a good way) news has just come out Titan Publishing. Titan, who publishes the kid friendly Star Wars Magazine, as well as the older fan oriented Star Wars Insider magazine, just sent an email out to subscribers letting them know that publication of Star Wars magazine is on hold (to clarify, Star Wars Insider is NOT on hold only Star Wars Magazine is). Justin over at Jedi News posted the contents of the email,
Dear Subscriber,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Star Wars Magazine is currently on hiatus. We are working with Lucasfilm on the next phase for this publication. Hopefully, in the coming weeks we will have an announcement regarding your next issue and all future issues. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay and any inconvenience caused.

While it doesn't sound like the magazine is being cancelled, it does certainly sound like some major changes are in store. What those are, are anybody's guess. If it's good news (and we certainly hope it is) then I wouldn't be surprised if we heard about it at Star Wars Celebration which takes place April 16th-19th (which does qualify as being "in the coming weeks").
