Rumor: Han Solo to Appear in Season 2 of Rebels

It's starting to sound like Season Two of Star Wars Rebels will have just as many, if not more, cameos from legacy characters.  Rob over at The Bearded Trio is reporting that he heard from a source that the scruffy looking nerf herder himself, Han Solo will be making an appearance in season two.  He writes that,
Our source has told us that a certain actor who we won't mention at this time has been considered for a role in the second season of Star Wars Rebels and that role is Han Solo.  The actor has been associated with playing the character previously.
We were told by our source "It's not concrete yet but he is in talks to do the cameo of Han Solo in season 2."

Based on that, obviously we all want to jump to the conclusion that it's Harrison Ford reprising his role on the series.  After all, Rebels was able to get James Earl Jones, Frank Oz, and Billy Dee Williams to reprise their roles from the films in episodes this season.  That being said, I think that's a long shot.  If I were a betting man, I would say that if/when Han shows up he'll be voiced by David Collins, who portrayed Han in the Star Wars Commander mobile game and in the audio drama Smuggler's Gambit.  Collins does a great job with the role, so if he were to do the voice in the series I would have absolutely no problem with that.

As always this is just a rumor until confirmed or denied by Lucasfilm or Disney.
