It seems we'll have a new writer joining the Star Wars Universe with Episode 8. Kevin Hopps will make his Star Wars debut this season, Hopps has previously worked on animated series such as Young Justice and The Spectacular Spider-Man, both of which were projects that Season One executive producer Greg Weisman worked on.
