The international TV market Conference "MIPCOM" was recently held in in Cannes, France, and Dave Filoni was there to talk about Star Wars Rebels, on which he is an executive producer. Upon being introduced by Disney Channels Worldwide President and Chief Creative Officer Gary Marsh, Filoni talked about his ongoing work on Rebels, as well as his previous contributions to the Saga alongside George Lucas with Star Wars: The Clone Wars. It's always fun and to hear from Dave, and this was a great discussion. His knowledge of the Saga is always insightful. It's also hilarious to hear how he "disguises" himself, as well as George Lucas, by giving his iconic Fedora to George.
Season one Star Wars Rebels is currently airing on Disney XD with new episodes premiering every Monday at 9pm Eastern / 8pm Central time.
