The official Star Wars: The Clone Wars Facebook page has just announced that the final season of the TV series has now been released on 7 new platforms in addition to the original Netflix release. You now can catch "The Lost Missions" on the following sites:

Lucasfilm has yet to announce any physical media releases such as DVDs or Blu-Rays.
