It seems the creative team behind the first Star Wars stand alone/spin off film have been hanging out at Lucasfilm's Skywalker Ranch recently. Gary Whitta, writer of the first stand alone film which is due out in 2016, tweeted a picture of himself and director Gareth Edwards standing in font of their "new boss" aka Darth Vader. The picture appears to have been taken at the legendary Lucasfilm headquarters, Skywalker Ranch.

The first Star Wars spin off film is slated for a December 16, 2016 release date.
