Since it's debut in 1977, Star Wars fans have dreamed an amusement park based on that galaxy far, far away. And while there have already been two iterations of the Star Tours ride, the elusive park dream lived on in the back of our minds. The dream seems to be on the verge of becoming a reality. Slashfilm is reporting that select annual pass holders at DisneylParks are being asked to fill out a survey letting Disney know what they think of there being a Star Wars Land at Disneyland.
Yeah, we're going to get a Star Wars Land. The 11-year-old part of me is very pleased with this development. twitter.com/KenLayne/statu…

There you have it. It's nice to hear something positive coming out of Disney after all the craziness with the "winding down" of The Clone Wars. I know this is one of the first things I thought of after I got over the initial shock the Disney deal and Episode VII announcement. But what do you think? Are you as excited as me about the prospect of Star Wars land? Or would rather we just stick to only having Star Tours in the park? Let us know in the comments.

ReplyDeleteIf this happens, it could possibly make up for all the stuff Disney's been doing to SW lately. Star Wars land is literally my dream come true.
