Cartoon Network, the current home of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, put a press release out today detailing their 2013-2014 schedule. It has been assumed that the TV series would move to Disney XD after Disney's acquisition of Lucasfilm, and this release confirms it.
Interestingly, however, The Yoda Chronicles, an ongoing series of Lego Star Wars specials, are still slated to finish airing in 2013. This may be because the series is a joint production with Cartoon Network, and the channel still owns part of it.
We expect an official release from Disney XD to coincide with this soon. Stay tuned for updates about possible dates and timeslots.
