Dave Franco Discusses Auditioning for Role of Young Han Solo

By: Dominic Jones

With Alden Ehrenreich having emerged as the front runner for the role of Han Solo in the upcoming Young Han Solo Anthology film (or "Hanthology", if you will).  But one of the other actors who was once rumored to be in the running for the role, Dave Franco, has spoken out about his experience auditioning for the film.  Franco spoke with MTV's Josh Horowitz at CinemaCon this past week, and gave some insight into the auditioning process and how far along did he really get.  Check out the video below,

Franco is the latest actor who was rumored to speak out about their experience auditioning for the "Hanthology" film, Miles Teller also spoke about his experience a few weeks ago.  The other actors who are rumored to still be in the running are Taron Egerton and Jack Reynor.

The Young Han Solo film hits theatres on May 25th, 2018 and is directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller with a script by Lawrence and Jon Kasdan.

  1. Its not hard Disney, c'mon. Anthony Ingruber is the right choice.

  2. I personally do not think they should do this at all. Harrison Ford is Han Solo. They should do an Obi-Wan and Boba Fett one. A Han Solo Novel would be better
