Lucasfilm has released the first official TV spot for Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens, and it features lots of footage and dialogue from the film not seen in any previous trailers! The spot is narrated by Lupita Nyong'o's Maz Kanata. Check it out below,

I for one get major tingles and gasps with every new teaser for this film. If nothing else, the CGI is breathtakingly realistic. I am really looking forward to seeing how the new characters compare side by side to the original trilogy's heroes and villains. I think the teasers have been very well constructed to contain just enough intrigue and generate plenty of excitement; Abrams has a lot of work to do to establish his integrity and intelligence as a director. These teasers are hinting that he may be heading in the right direction now. I dearly hope this film may be the start of a redemptive and truly visionary new volume in this most adored saga.

ReplyDeleteThere's little doubt that the film will be visually impressive and action packed. Will it have the comic moments, the story lines and the feeling that you're going on an adventure like the originals all had. I certainly hope so.
ReplyDeleteOk, nuffs enough. No more trailers. No more footage. I can't resist. I don't want to see any more scenes before the movie comes out. Please, no more new footage. I have no will power.

ReplyDeletewell theres a picture on the web of reyand chewie with really sad faces piloting the falcon just the 2 on the cockpit, so is han dead? and finn will probably be injured by kylo ren during their fight so i guess thaat re rumours are true... i know harrison ford wants to kill his character since empire strikes back
