By: Benjamin Hart

Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens is fifty days away at the moment(even less if you're reading this in the future) and while we, the fans, continue to anxiously anticipate it, for those behind the scenes, work continues on the film. In fact, just now as I type this, the man, the myth, the legend, John Williams himself is scoring brand new music for The Force Awakens. We know this thanks to some social media posts by The Force Awakens stars John Boyega(Finn) and Daisy Ridley(Rey). Today the trio attended the scoring session and shared photos of themselves with Williams amongst orchestra members. You can check out their posts below:

We've know John Williams has been working on The Force Awakens for some time, but seeing photo evidence of his work and himself alongside the stars is a special treat. Special thanks to John and Daisy for sharing for their experiences with us, and Lucasfilm for allowing them to do so!

  1. Those two are so lucky.
And Hasan, I believe the LA Philharmonic is doing the score to The Force Awakens. I do know for a fact that it is not the LSO.
