Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens is still four months away from being theaters and already there are whispers about when we'll be able to own the movie on home media. Our friends over at Jedi News are hearing that the DVD and Blu-ray of The Force Awakens will hit shelves on April 26th, 2015.
This would make sense as April 26th is a Tuesday, which is when Blu-rays and DVDs typically are released. Hopefully this is a worldwide release, so that fans all over the world can enjoy whatever extras that Lucasfilm might choose to include in the release.
As always, this is just a rumor until confirmed or denied by Lucasfilm or Disney.

ReplyDeletesounds good! I'll definately be snatching it up right away. I do hope they re-release the rest of the saga with it. I already have it, but I just love seeing the saga with matching art styles on store shelves. Hate it when it looks all Mis-matched lol.
